Optimize Your Bike Setup for a Smooth Mont Ventoux Ride
To ensure a quick and seamless bike pickup, please provide the following details when making your reservation. By sharing this information in advance, we can perfectly adjust your bike to your needs and have it ready upon arrival — minimizing wait times, especially on busy days.
Saddle Height Adjustment
A properly adjusted saddle height is essential for comfort and efficiency when tackling the long and demanding climb of Mont Ventoux. We use the Hamley Method to achieve the best possible fit.
To help us prepare your bike in advance, please measure the distance on your own bike from:
- the center of the pedal axle (with the crank arm positioned at 6 o’clock)
to - the middle of the saddle
and share this measurement with us when booking.
📌 Without this information, we will need to measure your inseam and adjust the saddle height at pickup, which may take 5–10 minutes per rider, especially on busy days.

Helmet Size
For your safety, we provide Giant Rev Pro Mips helmets at no extra cost. Available sizes:
- S (51–55 cm)
- M (55–59 cm)
- L (59–63 cm)
Please measure your head circumference and select your size in advance so we can prepare everything before your arrival.
📌 If not provided, finding the correct helmet at pickup may take an additional 1–2 minutes per rider.
